Caitlin is the owner of Flora and a stylist with over 15 years experience. When not she’s not behind the chair at Flora, she is teaching classes or doing guest spots in other cities. Caitlin is a cutting specialist with a special place in her heart for curly hair and razor cuts. She describes her style as lived-in and low maintenance - but make it weird. She’s never met a baby bang or a rattail she didn’t like. With Caitlin you will never feel rushed- taking her time to have a thorough consultation and create a relationship with every guest that sits in her chair is very important to her. Her goal is not only for that person to love their hair, but to feel comfortable and heard. In 2024, one of Caitlin’s haircuts was the winner in the global competition One Shot Hair Awards. In her free time she likes to go thrifting, traveling, and spending time with her cat Cheddar.

Teena Breanne

(They/She) - Licensed cosmetologist with 12 years of experience. They specialize in creating custom color for each client - ranging from dimensional lived in blondes and brunettes to bright reds, color blocks and creative vivids. Her styling specialty is vintage glam, but loves styling in all forms. They pride themself in being very personable with their clients, and remembering the little details about them. She will absolutely ask you about your pets and your birth chart. They love a great conversation, but you can feel safe to just sit in their chair and relax without feeling pressure to talk. Holly Burnham

Whether you’re looking for something minimal/low maintenance or something more edgy and adventurous, Holly prides herself on curating the perfect cut or color for every client that sits in her chair. With 23 years experience, Holly has had the opportunity to be involved in the full spectrum of the industry. Not only has she had her work featured in both editorial and commercial publications, she has also been behind the scenes at New York fashion week, and was named Baltimore’s best colorist by Baltimore magazine. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, making stained glass, and spending time with her family.

Allison Dasch

Allison (she/her) is a licensed cosmetologist with 4 years of experience. She specializes in creating cuts that suit her clients’ hair texture and style. She particularly loves lived in low maintenance cuts, razor cuts and curly hair. She also loves working with vivids, formulating custom colors for every head of hair. Spending time consulting with each client, getting to know them and building lasting relationships with her clients is very important to her. She always wants to cater to what each client needs, whether that is chatting and getting to know them or having a more relaxing, silent appointment. She focuses on creating a safe space for everyone in the salon. There is no tolerance of any kind of homophobia, xenophobia, racism, bigotry, etc. in her chair.
